Sidhartha Kumar Mishra’s professional journey spans over two decades, marked by dynamic leadership across advertising, brand communications, public relations, events, project management, intellectual property management, and talent search. He has masterminded and implemented a spectrum of brand activation campaigns, loyalty programs, conferences, and intellectual properties for renowned organizations, earning a reputation as a compelling storyteller and brand architect. Sidhartha’s signature events include the landmark POWERCON-National Power Sectors’ Meet, Bhubaneswar’s first HR Summit with ace People & Business leaders, inaugural ceremonies for AIIMS and ESIC, the Utkal University Convocation, and global medical conferences, each etching a defining moment in his career. His expertise extends to critical headhunting mandates nationwide within telecom, insurance, banking, and retail, as well as strategy and execution for massive political branding campaigns in Odisha, leveraging innovative models across media platforms. Sidhartha’s advisory contributions to the “Ama Gaurava Ama College Parichalana Sangathan” reflect his commitment to building institutional capacity, nurturing talent, and forging industry linkages. He remains driven by a belief in creative introspection—continually setting benchmarks rather than running the conventional race.

Saaransh Mishra:
Saaransh Mishra holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Media Studies and International Affairs from Ashoka University (2021) and a Bachelor’s in Political Science (Honors) from the same institution (2020). His international experience includes competitive Academic programs in Media and Politics at Sciences Po, Paris and the European International Studies Association, Greece.
Saaranshis a research and communications specialist with over 60 publications with rich experience in strategic consulting, stakeholder engagement, and project management. As a Partner at OpenSpire Consulting, he combines academic excellence with practical expertise to drive organizational growth.
Saaransh previously served as Content and Communications Specialist at Amazon India, managing HR information systems and strategic communications. At the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), India’s leading think tank, he coordinated 45+ high-level events with diplomats, academics, and civil society leaders while researching foreign policy matters across Afghanistan, Russia, and Eurasia. This includes the Raisina Dialogue,India’s premier annual conference on geopolitics and geo-economics, organized by the Ministry of External Affairs and the Observer Research Foundation.
Saaransh has authored over 60 publications across various platforms and formats, including analytical reports, op-eds, and policy papers. He co-authored the chapter “America’s World After Afghanistan Withdrawal” in “Afghanistan: The New Great Game,” contributing valuable insights to contemporary geopolitical discourse.
Arya Mishra:
Arya Mishra is a passionate musician and accomplished teacher, renowned as a disciple of the revered Guru, Pandit Dr. Chitta Ranjan Pani of the Gwalior Gharana lineage. Holding a Sangeet Visharad in Hindustani Classical Vocal and academic credentials spanning Physics and Marketing, Arya has been recognized as an approved All India Radio artist (B-High) and empanelled with the Department of Culture, Government of Odisha. Arya’s extensive performance portfolio includes appearances at national classical festivals, cultural symposia, and television shows, as well as co-producing music albums and lending her voice to film. In OpenSpire’s journey through Events, PR, and Promotions, Arya has been instrumental in artist identification, show planning, and seamless on-site coordination with both artists and vendors—enriching every event with her deep cultural insight and meticulous execution.
